NABTEB Releases May/June 2017 Results


The National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) has released the results of the 2017/2018 May/June examinations.

This was announced yesterday by Professor Ifeoma Isiugo-Abbanihe, the registrar of the board while addressing Newsmen at the National Headquarters of the board in Ikpoba Hill, Benin city, Edo state.

Professor Ifeoma Isiugo-Abbanihe who also serves as the Chief executive officer of the board stated that 33,712 candidates scored five credits and above in subjects including English and Mathematics. She also went ahead to state that 47,360 candidates which represented 82.53% of candidates scored five credits and above with or without English language and Mathematics.

In conclusion, the NABTEB boss encouraged the Federal Government of Nigeria to equip technical schools in Nigeria with modern facilities as directed by the Ministry of Education.

The NABTEB result is equivalent to WAEC and NECO. It is done by students of Technical colleges and accepted by Polytechnics in the country.
